Liza Light is a 24-year-old female touring guitarist and artist based in Los Angeles.
Doing both studio sessions and live performances, Liza worked with many great artists, including Julia Wolf, Rudy Wade, Jules Walcott, Zoe Ko, Amber Ryann, Jonathan Sanford, Anna Trincher, Lina Cooper, Kailaya, Alta Ave, LEADR, Blaze Francisco, XNK, SANA and many more.
Liza has performed at many festivals, such as Austin City Limits 2023 (opened for Maggie Rogers and Kendrick Lamar); Surf Rodeo 2024; Phoenix Pride 2023 (opened for Paulina Rubio); NAMM 2023 and 2024; Disney; Palousafest 2024, Ultimate Jam Night.
She has completed multiple national tours, performed at many recognizable venues, and has tracked guitar for dozens of records, recording at famous studios, including Spotify, Center Staging, Wrecking Yards Studios, No New Lovers, Fonogenic Studio, Leesta Vall, Melrose Recording Studio, and many more.
Born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine, Liza got into music at the very young age of 8yo, developing her own unique style of playing, influenced by Rock, Jazz, Punk, Neo-Soul, Funk, and R&B.
After successfully graduating from Glier Jazz College in Kyiv with a Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Guitar Performance, she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 18 to keep pursuing her passion for music.
In 2020, Liza got accepted into Berklee College of Music but had to postpone her tuition due to the pandemic.
Later she has received a Berklee Certificate in Music Production.
Liza is represented by 216 Talent Agency and is a part of Gritty in Pink community, which features female musicians from all over the world.
She has also been closely working with many music brands, such as VOX, MONO, Cream Guitars, Grzenia Guitars, Strumland, ERG and more!
